Busy like a bee.

For those who actually know me, this is going to be unbelievable, something really exciting to witness…

I am starting to really get this “you have to keep up with things”-talk. I’m organized. I keep my apartment clean, my room tidy (for the first time in 20 years, I am seriously obsessed with tidyness.. it freaks me out) and I started to really work for University more. I like it.. it makes me feel a lot better.

Today, let me tell you about my current reads… my bedside table looks like a library at the moment. And my bookshelf is getting WAY to small.

1. Meg Cabot – Princess on the brink: Yes, it is a chick flick. Yes, it is a teen book. But that Princess book series (I believe this is book number 7 or 8..) is just the perfect flick for the tub, and it really makes you feel with Mia…

2. Clive Cussler – Treasure of Khan: Oh yeah, SO American, I love it. Scavenger hunts, ruggedly handsome men, natural catastrophes, government organizations – what’s there NOT to like?

3. Bruce Filer – Walking the Bible: I’m not a very religious person, I think. Which maybe is the reason for why I like to learn about religions, about their history, their culture, and ultimately, I am still on the quest to find myself – and this book is a quest across some countries that most people have mixed feelings about right now, not realizing their importance in cultural terms.. Also, this is a must-read for devoted christians, because it’s about Judaism. Because it gives you a bit of guidance for realizing that Judaism was the cradle of Christianity. Not vice versa. (don’t laugh at that – many people don’t know that.)

4. Ken Follett – Pillars of the Earth: It is so intense, I felt horrible for two whole days, and I couldn’t continue reading. I was sad, sick to my stomach and just deeply worried. I fell in love with this book.

This picture just about expresses how peaceful my mind is right now. I took it yesterday afternoon while sitting in a wineyard, thinking about.. everything.
